Fully certified compliance, with maximum resale value
Certified IT asset disposal on one trusted platform: your equipment handled securely, your data destroyed and certified, and the residual value returned to you.
01The problem
Can you prove it was destroyed?
When disposing of redundant IT equipment you need confidence that it is handled securely, data is destroyed correctly, and the whole process is compliant and auditable. But the market is highly fragmented, with no obvious, trusted national brand, which leaves three doubts:
Who can you trust?
Your legal compliance ends up in the hands of whoever you happened to find.
Are you paying the market rate?
With no comparison, there is no way to know.
Where does the resale value go?
Kit that still holds value is disposed of with nothing coming back to you.
02The solution
Certified disposal. Value recovered.
TechSafe Etc provides a single, trusted platform that takes the risk out of IT asset disposal and ensures optimal financial value. Details of your redundant equipment are uploaded to our platform and the process is fully managed from start to finish. Your assets are matched with our panel of carefully vetted and approved disposal and destruction specialists, ensuring the right solution for each piece of equipment.

03How it works
Four steps, enforced in that order.
Not a suggested process. The platform refuses to skip a stage, so the record is a true chain of custody rather than a set of notes.
Submit the request
Log what is leaving the building: machines, counts, collection site. Minutes, not a thread of replies.
We match you with a vetted destructor
Work only goes to destructors — the companies that carry out the destruction — that we have vetted and approved. Both sides see the same record, so nobody is chasing an update.
The certificate is uploaded
The destructor attaches the destruction certificate against the job it belongs to. It cannot be filed against the wrong one.
You sign it off
You review and accept, or send it back for correction. The destructor can never sign off its own work.
