How It Works

How it works

One intake. Best buyer. Clean exit.

Four steps from your asset list to payment and certified destruction records. We run the process; the ITAD firm you appoint does the physical work. Typically ten working days end to end.

01

Submit your asset list

Upload a spreadsheet, paste a list, or simply describe the fleet. Serial numbers help but are not required at this stage — model, age and rough quantity are enough for an initial valuation.

  • Accepts .xlsx, .csv, .pdf and .docx
  • No minimum quantity
  • Takes about a minute

You do this · roughly 1 minute

02

We value and match

We assess the estate against current resale conditions and run a competitive tender across the certified ITAD firms most likely to pay well for that specific mix of hardware. You get a written valuation, not a verbal number.

  • Multiple certified ITAD firms bidding, not a single quote
  • Written valuation report with per-category breakdown
  • You approve before anything moves

We do this · 1–2 business days

03

Your ITAD partner collects and destroys

You appoint the winning ITAD firm directly and they collect at a time that suits your sites. They log every device at collection, wipe to NIST 800-88 and route anything beyond economic reuse to an audited WEEE facility. We hold them to the standard they bid on.

  • Chain of custody logged from the moment they take possession
  • Multi-site collections coordinated by us as a single job
  • NIST 800-88 erasure, certificate issued per device by the processor

Your ITAD partner · 3–7 business days

04

You get paid, with the paperwork

Payment is released once the sale settles. We collect the full documentation pack on your behalf and check it before it reaches you — destruction certificates, chain-of-custody log and a disposal report you can hand straight to an auditor.

  • Per-device destruction certificates
  • Complete chain-of-custody record
  • WEEE and GDPR disposal documentation

Settlement · on completion of sale

Common questions

Before you send us a list

What if the equipment is worth nothing?

We tell you. If an estate has no meaningful residual value we say so up front rather than dressing it up — and we can still handle compliant disposal, priced transparently.

Do I pay anything to get a valuation?

No. Valuation and buyer matching cost nothing, and there is no obligation to proceed once you have the number.

How small a job is worth doing?

There is no hard minimum. Small batches are usually best handled as a single collection, and we will tell you if it is not worth your time.

Who actually holds the data risk?

You remain the data controller throughout. Your ITAD partner acts as processor under the contract you hold with them — we are not in that chain and never take possession. What we do is make sure the contract demands per-device certificates rather than a single batch-level statement, and that you actually receive them.
